Thesis Draft

Hey readers, 

This is my current thesis Thesis Draft which I will update tonight.  Please look it over and leave any comments below.  In addition to touching up the sections I have finished, I need to fill in more blanks for the Design, Implementation, Resulting Product, and Conclusion Section.  I am also still commenting my header files for automated documentation, which should double my page count.  I'll let you know when the next iteration is up.
