What do we have to do?

You can see what you have to do on the lab pages. Generally speaking, you have 2 sections per lab- "To Do Before" the lab, and the lab itself. You have to do everything in the two folders.

MyITLab isn't working- what do I do?

You need to be using a Windows computer, Internet Explorer(IE), and have pop-ups enabled and Active-X installed. IE will prompt you to install the controllers if you don't already have them. Also, make sure you've installed the MyITLab Wizard. If it still doesn't work, you can come to the lab to get the work done.

Please note, MyITLab probably won't work on computers on campus except for the two CS Labs (375 and 475) and maybe the two labs in the KSOM building.

On Passing/Failing

You get 10 tries per question. If you exhaust all 10 tries, you get the question wrong. This works just like a regular exam. You will get scored "number of correct answers"/"number of questions asked." You can take each exam up to three times.

I keep having [some problem]. What do I do?

MyITLab has a few bugs that need to be worked out. If it keeps crashing or freezing, try another computer. Your grade will not suffer due to a glitch in the program. I can also see any activity you do on MyITLab, including if you tried an exam and it crashed. I will take that into consideration.
