Offical Math Dept. Course Description and Syllabus

Quizzes:   (approximately eight) Expect a short (15-minute) quiz on the first day of class each week (usually Monday), except when an exam is scheduled.

Exams:  (four) Tentative dates: September 22, October 20, and November 17, plus a final exam sometime between December 9 and 13.

Homework:  Problems will be suggested, but they will not be graded.
